Director Corporate & Financial Communications

Responsibilities

• Partner with Investor Relations, Finance, and Business Development to execute integrated media communications strategies for financial events, M&A announcements, and quarterly earnings.
• Provide strategic communications counsel to senior leadership regarding the positioning and framing of business and financial results.
• Drive communication activities for the CFO and other senior executives, including media relations, thought leadership, and digital campaigns.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with journalists and other critical external stakeholders.
• Mentor and champion junior staff to support their ongoing professional development.

Requirements

• College degree, ideally in economics, sciences, or communications.
• At least 7 years of professional experience in a global public company setting, specifically focused on corporate and financial communications.
• Proven ability to absorb and distill highly technical subject matter and data-driven input into clear, concise content.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Business fluency in both English and German.
• Experience in the pharma or biotech industry is considered a significant advantage.
