Director, Corporate Finance Operations

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing finance operations team
• Establish and enforce strong internal controls and governance frameworks
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for corporate cost centers
• Oversee accounting functions including general ledger, AP, AR, and fixed assets
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Oversee end-to-end payroll operations and ensure regulatory compliance
• Partner cross-functionally to improve financial visibility and decision-making
• Manage internal and external audits

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• 12+ years of experience in finance disciplines
• Significant management experience, preferably in manufacturing or product-based industries
• Expert knowledge of financial and treasury principles
• Proficiency in SAP FI/CO, Microsoft Excel, and analytic toolsets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Advanced degrees
• Functional accreditations such as CMA or CPA
