Director, Corporate Finance

Responsibilities

• Partner with Corporate Functions leadership (IT, Finance, HR) to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making
• Lead annual planning, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes for corporate functions
• Build and maintain scalable expense models and headcount plans
• Monitor and analyze spend across corporate functions to identify risks and opportunities
• Establish reporting frameworks and KPIs to drive accountability and transparency
• Improve planning processes, reporting cadence, and financial systems to support organizational growth
• Mentor and develop junior team members to build a high-performing FP&A team

Requirements

• 8+ years of FP&A or related finance experience, preferably supporting corporate functions
• Demonstrated people leadership experience, including building and mentoring talent
• Strong understanding of expense management, headcount planning, and operating models
• Advanced skills in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis
• Proven ability to influence business partners and support data-driven decision-making
• Experience operating in high-growth, fast-paced environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
