Director, Corporate Development

Responsibilities

• Identify, screen, and source strategic investment opportunities, joint ventures, and M&A targets
• Lead the commercial and legal structuring of complex deals
• Design and execute financing strategies using debt, equity, or structured capital
• Manage the full deal lifecycle from valuation through due diligence and closing
• Oversee corporate financial modeling including DCF, LBO, and project finance models
• Synthesize transaction economics for the Executive Team and Board
• Partner with internal leadership across AI, Energy, Treasury, Legal, and Accounting
• Manage external financial advisors, legal counsel, and technical consultants

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of transactional experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Corporate Development
• Proven track record of closing transactions with ownership over sourcing and structuring
• Familiarity with digital infrastructure, AI compute, data centers, or power/energy markets
• Deep understanding of corporate finance, project finance, and capital markets
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
