Director - Corporate and Product Communications

Responsibilities

• Own the communications strategy across prime brokerage, treasury management, and capital markets products
• Lead end-to-end announcements for partnerships, product launches, and market infrastructure integrations
• Build and manage Ripple's thought leadership program, including executive bylines and high-profile speaking engagements
• Develop core messaging architecture that articulates Ripple's differentiation to institutional audiences
• Maintain strong relationships with top-tier financial media such as Bloomberg, Reuters, FT, and WSJ
• Lead rapid-response and issues communications regarding market events and regulatory developments
• Partner with legal, compliance, and product teams to integrate communications into go-to-market strategies

Requirements

• 8+ years in communications or PR, specifically within financial services, capital markets, or institutional fintech
• Proven track record of placing stories in top-tier financial media
• Experience preparing and managing C-suite spokespeople for media and speaking engagements
• Deep understanding of capital markets, including prime brokerage, fixed income, FX, derivatives, or treasury
• Strong existing relationships with both financial and crypto press
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with sharp professional judgment
