Director, Continuous Improvement & Business Transformation

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy a standardized continuous improvement framework including Hoshin Kanri, Lean, Six Sigma, A3, and Kaizen.
• Scale visual daily management, KPI dashboards, and operating rhythms across the entire enterprise.
• Facilitate enterprise-level Kaizen events to eliminate waste, reduce cycle time, and improve business processes.
• Develop and implement a training strategy to optimize lean processes, practices, and metrics.
• Partner with business leaders across all facilities to identify organizational needs and coach employees on improvement methods.
• Manage transformation roadmaps with clear milestones, ownership, and measurable financial impact.
• Foster a culture of accountability and structured problem-solving.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a business-related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, or business transformation.
• Proficiency in Change Management methodologies to navigate organizational transitions.
• Deep expertise in continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and DMAIC.
• Strong working knowledge of statistical process control, error proofing, value stream mapping, and failure mode and effects analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to analyze data to drive action.
