About the role
Responsibilities
- Set and drive the CX vision and strategy, architecting the annual BU CX roadmap in line with global priorities
- Design intelligent brand experiences across the full Paid, Owned, and Earned (POE) ecosystem, including d-Commerce
- Partner with brand teams and agencies to deliver data-powered, emotionally resonant creative ideas
- Lead the adoption of Gen AI and next-generation tools to enhance storytelling and personalization
- Optimize BU media investment and drive data-led media planning and measurement
- Guide Joint Business Partner (JBP) and retail investment strategies to achieve long-term business goals
- Drive digital transformation through leadership of Global Consumer Digital and d-Commerce strategies
- Lead and inspire a cross-functional team covering digital content, Martech, consumer data activation, and media strategy
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in media and digital leadership with a proven track record of achieving marketing goals
- Deep expertise in consumer journey strategy across Paid, Owned, Earned, and Commerce touchpoints
- Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of current digital marketing channels and emerging technologies like Gen AI
- Experience leading Joint Business Partner (JBP) investment and optimizing ROI
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and analytical rigor
