Responsibilities

• Capture market demand by engaging with clients to identify gaps in Consumer Goods, Lifesciences, and Industrials focusing on E2E Supply Chain and Manufacturing analytics
• Act as a bridge between business and technology to ensure solution alignment and technical feasibility
• Lead analysis on product market fit and support GTM of offerings to senior leadership
• Drive execution of Business-Analytics Solutions Products roadmap in collaboration with Data Science and Engineering teams
• Own end-to-end Solution Asset Development for CPG and Pharma-Lifesciences practices
• Develop reusable assets such as frameworks, templates, and tools to accelerate delivery
• Drive thought leadership by staying ahead of industry trends

Requirements

• Proven track record leading onsite engagements with Fortune 500 CPGs or large enterprise accounts
• Experience building products at various maturity levels (Prototype to Embedded solutions)
• Hands-on experience with at least two solution building technologies (Business Logic, DE, DS, or UI/UX)
• Exposure to enterprise ERP solutions like SAP, Oracle, OMP, O9, Blue Yonder, or Kinaxis
• 15+ years of professional experience with 8+ years delivering value in Consumer Goods or Retail
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and a Master’s in a relevant field (ideally Business Management)

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to statistical and machine learning applications in Supply Chain ecosystems
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, Tableau, Jira, or Aha!
• Ability to integrate analytics tools and data pipelines with ERP systems
