Director Construction Management - Data Center

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client relationship executive for data center construction programs
• Lead strategic discussions regarding delivery models, phasing, and risk tolerance
• Act as the senior escalation point for construction, schedule, cost, and safety risks
• Provide executive-level reporting and decision support to client leadership
• Oversee the development and execution of the Program Management Plan (PMP)
• Ensure integration of civil, structural, MEP, and electrical scopes into master schedules
• Lead Value Engineering and cost-reduction strategies
• Oversee commissioning planning and execution in coordination with GCs and operations teams
• Lead and mentor construction and project management professionals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
• 12+ years of construction, project, or program management experience
• 2+ years leading large-scale programs in professional services or consulting
• Demonstrated experience delivering mission-critical or data center construction programs
• Experience negotiating and managing multi-million-dollar construction contracts
• Strong executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to be site-engaged as required by program needs

• Graduate degree in a relevant field
