Director, Construction and Development

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic project plans including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Lead and manage multiple commercial real estate projects simultaneously
• Monitor project performance and track costs against program budgets
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and negotiate contracts
• Serve as the primary liaison with national clients and stakeholders
• Identify and assess project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure all projects adhere to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and quality benchmarks

Requirements

• 8-10 years of project management experience in the commercial real estate sector
• Previous experience at a director level
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects from inception to completion
• Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello
• Ability and willingness to travel 3-4 times per month to project sites
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
