Director, Composable DXP Leader, Market Solutions

Responsibilities

• Support sales activities for composable platform engagements, carrying a personal revenue contribution target and owning a portfolio of pursuits.
• Shape opportunities through discovery conversations, solution design, estimation, proposal development, and oral presentations.
• Drive go-to-market motions with platform partners such as Contentful, Vercel, Algolia, and Bynder to build partner-sourced pipeline.
• Create and refresh practice offerings, including accelerators, reference architectures, and sales enablement materials.
• Serve in billable engagement roles (solution lead, architecture advisory) at approximately 45% utilization.
• Advise client executives on platform strategy, including headless CMS architecture, composable commerce, and API-first design.
• Build the practice's reputation through conference talks, webinars, and published points of view.
• Mentor and develop senior technical talent and solution leads on outcome-based selling and pursuit craft.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading solution-building for digital platform or experience work at a large consultancy or digital agency.
• A track record of personal sales contribution in professional services, including sourcing and closing seven-figure engagements.
• Deep expertise in composable architecture, specifically headless CMS (Contentful preferred), modern front ends (Next.js), edge/serverless deployment (Vercel), search (Algolia), and DAM (Bynder).
• Platform certifications, with Contentful certification strongly preferred.
• Ability to lead technical pursuits end-to-end, from discovery and architecture to commercial structure and estimation.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively with both C-suite business leaders and senior engineers.
• Experience managing and growing senior technical talent within a consulting environment.
