Director, Communications Business Partner, Design & Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Define and drive an integrated communications strategy aligned to Design & Manufacturing (PDMS) business priorities
• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior executives, shaping messaging, positioning, and thought leadership
• Lead executive communications including keynotes, investor-facing content, and Board materials
• Manage media relations strategy and build relationships with press, analysts, and industry influencers
• Develop internal communications strategies to align global, matrixed teams to business priorities
• Lead and mentor a high-performing communications team and/or manage agency partners
• Define KPIs to measure communications impact and provide actionable insights to leadership

Requirements

• Proven ability to influence and advise senior executives
• Experience leading integrated communications strategies
• Experience leading teams or managing external agencies
• Strong background in media relations
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to operate effectively within a matrixed organization
• Strong project management and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in design, manufacturing, engineering, or industrial technology sectors
• Experience supporting product-focused organizations
• Global communications experience
• Experience supporting major industry or investor events
