Director, Comms Strategy

Responsibilities

• Own the Communications Strategy discipline across Xfinity Creative, establishing standards, frameworks, and tools.
• Translate campaign ideas into cohesive cross-channel ecosystems and channel-native activations.
• Partner with creative leads to ensure campaign ideas hold up across various touchpoints like social, audio, and OOH.
• Guide and develop Comms Strategists embedded within various creative pods.
• Collaborate with Comms Planning and Media teams to align campaign messaging with media placements and audience mindsets.
• Drive innovation by identifying emerging platforms and unconventional ways to use channels.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in communications planning or communications strategy.
• Proven experience working in an in-house agency or a creative agency environment.
• Strong cross-channel fluency with the ability to build scalable frameworks and systems.
• Extensive experience collaborating directly with creative teams to develop concepts.
• Ability to translate performance signals and insights into actionable strategic recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with challenger brand thinking and modern communications approaches.
