Director, Commercial Supply Chain Readiness

Responsibilities

• Drive market launches for the supply chain with a primary focus on the US market
• Develop a comprehensive supply chain management launch framework, including process and organizational blueprints
• Create and implement supply chain readiness plans in alignment with product lifecycle management, QA, RA, and Commercial teams
• Build strong collaboration and governance frameworks with alliance partners for ADC pipeline commercialization
• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for different Product Teams within the SCM Launch and Projects team
• Support the development and implementation of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes in line with company standards
• Oversee Tech Transfers for SCM and communicate impacts on Planning and Material Management
• Provide best practices to enhance the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process
• Lead, mentor, and develop the SCM launch and governance team

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, specifically in distribution and trade management
• Proven track record in developing and managing supply chains for product launches
• Extensive experience in commercial supply chain management for monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) and antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs)
• Deep understanding of US commercial and government healthcare environments
• Profound understanding of O2C processes, including related outsourcing strategies
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead complex projects in dynamic environments
• Exceptional communication skills and experience in cross-functional stakeholder management
