Responsibilities

  • Own the EMEA Commercial sales number including pipeline, forecasting, and revenue attainment
  • Hire, onboard, and develop a team of Commercial AEs
  • Drive a high-velocity sales motion with strong outbound discipline and efficient deal management
  • Coach AEs on territory planning and prospecting strategies
  • Partner with Marketing and SDR leadership to build and convert pipeline
  • Develop Commercial-specific messaging for engineering leaders and CTOs
  • Build scalable processes, playbooks, and onboarding frameworks
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with CS, Product, and Legal
  • Identify expansion opportunities within the existing customer base

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales leadership experience in SaaS or technical software
  • Proven track record managing high-velocity commercial or mid-market teams
  • Experience selling into engineering, product, or technical leadership
  • Data-driven approach to team management and forecasting
  • Based in London
  • Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Additional European language skills (French, German, Italian, Spanish, or Arabic)
  • Familiarity with developer tooling, frontend infrastructure, or cloud platforms
  • Familiarity with Vercel, Next.js, or the modern web development ecosystem
