Director, Commercial Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth through strategic business development and management of key client relationships
• Lead the structuring of high-value, complex deals and secure credit approvals
• Manage high-value client portfolios to drive cross-selling, retention, and profitability
• Act as a strategic advisor on loan products, rates, terms, and collateral requirements
• Negotiate complex transactions and serve as a primary advocate for client needs while meeting bank objectives
• Analyze market trends and industry developments to optimize client solution strategies
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, internal controls, and risk management frameworks
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver holistic business solutions

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Relationship Management, Account Management, or Portfolio Management within a corporate banking environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
• Proven experience working with sales metrics and driving revenue generation
• Strong credit knowledge and technical skills related to credit portfolio requirements
• Expertise in managing complex, non-routine financial situations and high-value transactions
