Director, Commercial Project Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead high-priority US Generics projects, aligning project scope and direction with organizational strategic and operational functions.
• Act as the primary representative and decision-maker for US Generics on projects impacting daily processes.
• Identify and present new initiatives to leadership that drive operational and financial efficiencies.
• Manage day-to-day business operations, monitoring project progress and providing routine status reports regarding scope, schedule, and quality risks.
• Coordinate procurement processes and resource allocation to ensure project success.
• Proactively identify and remove obstacles that interfere with the day-to-day functions of the US Generics organization.
• Analyze data and metrics to evaluate project performance and team success.
• Create, document, and implement new processes, tools, and systems, including providing necessary training to team members.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in Project Management.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Extensive knowledge of US Generic processes and their interconnected systems.
• Proficiency in Qlik and BI tools.
• Experience with Price Right, Trajectory, IBP, SAC, RF/AOP/LRP processes, and FTS.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
