About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead high-priority US Generics projects, aligning project scope and direction with organizational strategic and operational functions.
- Act as the primary representative and decision-maker for US Generics on projects impacting daily processes.
- Identify and present new initiatives to leadership that drive operational and financial efficiencies.
- Manage day-to-day business operations, monitoring project progress and providing routine status reports regarding scope, schedule, and quality risks.
- Coordinate procurement processes and resource allocation to ensure project success.
- Proactively identify and remove obstacles that interfere with the day-to-day functions of the US Generics organization.
- Analyze data and metrics to evaluate project performance and team success.
- Create, document, and implement new processes, tools, and systems, including providing necessary training to team members.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in Project Management.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Extensive knowledge of US Generic processes and their interconnected systems.
- Proficiency in Qlik and BI tools.
- Experience with Price Right, Trajectory, IBP, SAC, RF/AOP/LRP processes, and FTS.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.

- Proven ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally to resolve complex issues.
