Director, Commercial & Growth Strategy, Own Brands

Responsibilities

• Own the full P&L of Redcare Pharmacy's Own Brands business, including revenue, profitability, and gross margin
• Define and execute long-term strategy for Redcare and nu3 brands across European markets
• Manage the end-to-end value chain from product innovation and development to sourcing and lifecycle management
• Lead the Own Brands organization and orchestrate execution across cross-functional teams
• Build partnerships with Category Management, Marketing, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Finance
• Establish governance, KPIs, and decision-making processes to ensure accountability
• Represent the Own Brands business in senior leadership discussions

Requirements

• Proven leadership in Own Brands, Private Label, Consumer Healthcare, FMCG, Retail, or e-commerce
• Demonstrated P&L ownership and track record of scaling consumer brands
• Deep understanding of the end-to-end Own Brands value chain
• Ability to lead and deliver results in a complex matrix organization
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking
• Experience building high-performing teams and scalable operating models
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in regulated categories like consumer healthcare, pharmacy, or cosmetics is a strong advantage
