Director, Commercial Finance

Responsibilities

• Lead all Commercial Finance activities, including evaluating the economic impact of complex sales contracts
• Analyze and report on the sales pipeline, bookings, and profitability trends
• Participate in organization-wide pricing and go-to-market discussions
• Assist with developing Board and C-Team presentations
• Support planning, forecasting, and reporting processes including annual budgeting and demand planning
• Support new ventures finance and de novo go-to-market strategies
• Partner with leaders to refine strategic outlooks and support funding requests
• Leverage technology to drive efficiencies and provide real-time information to ensure delivery of Bookings, Revenue, and EBITDA goals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting
• Minimum of eight years of progressive experience in Finance or Accounting roles
• Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience with dimensional databases, data warehouses, and data visualization platforms (PowerBI, SharePoint, Tableau)
• Track record of managing cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
• Experience across both large and small companies
• Ability to make strategic recommendations using ambiguous or incomplete data
