Director, Commercial Banking Analytics & Pricing

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior commercial banking leaders on lending strategy, pricing, and client profitability
• Act as a subject matter expert on commercial lending products, including term loans, revolving credit facilities, and structured solutions
• Conduct in-depth analyses of deal economics, pricing effectiveness, and competitive dynamics
• Partner with business leaders to enhance lending pricing frameworks and develop investment business cases
• Leverage SQL and Python to extract and interpret large commercial banking datasets
• Build scalable analytical models and dashboards to support pricing and portfolio monitoring
• Automate recurring reporting and analytical workflows to improve insight generation

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in commercial banking, lending analytics, or pricing
• Strong understanding of commercial credit fundamentals, including deal structuring and portfolio performance
• Proficiency in SQL and Python (or equivalent) for data analysis and insight generation
• Experience applying analytics to lending decisions and portfolio optimization
• Deep knowledge of return metrics such as RAROC and ROE
• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, executive-ready recommendations
