About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee all day-to-day non-academic activities for the Barney School of Business, including finance, operations, and staff management.
- Develop, plan, and manage collegiate budgets to ensure fiscal control and alignment with institutional priorities.
- Perform complex budgetary analysis, resource projections, and financial modeling to support strategic decision-making.
- Direct operational activities, including space management, procurement processes, and business process improvements.
- Serve as the primary liaison to Human Resources for staff recruitment, employment, and retention efforts.
- Manage data collection and reporting for accreditation purposes, including AACSB standards and annual business school questionnaires.
- Support faculty in the administration of grants and internal awards in compliance with university and external funder policies.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree required.
- Proven experience in budgetary analysis and financial modeling.
- Demonstrated expertise in staff management and operational planning.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse groups and stakeholders.
