About the Company

Pathos is building a next-generation biotech with AI at the core. We are building the largest foundation model in oncology and pairing it with proprietary AI systems and deep oncology expertise to make drug development decisions with more precision, much earlier.

Responsibilities

• Author and own study protocols from first draft through amendments, including study design, eligibility criteria, and endpoint selection
• Write and maintain Investigator Brochures, informed consent forms, Clinical Study Reports, and briefing documents
• Conduct ongoing review of safety and efficacy data across active studies
• Prepare materials and lead deliverables for data monitoring committees
• Serve as the scientific point of contact for clinical investigators during study startup, conduct, and closeout
• Prepare scientific content for regulatory authority interactions, including IND amendments and submission dossiers
• Maintain GCP compliance and audit-ready trial conduct

Requirements

• MD, PhD or PharmD in a relevant life science discipline
• 5+ years of oncology clinical development experience in biotech or pharma
• Direct ownership of protocol design and clinical content authoring
• Track record of delivering protocols and regulatory documents for Phase 1 and Phase 2 oncology trials
• Experience in solid tumor oncology
• Deep familiarity with GCP and regulatory requirements
• Strong scientific writing skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating biomarker and translational strategies into trial design
• Comfort working with AI generated analyses and computational predictions
• Experience contributing to clinical development plans for multiple concurrent programs
• Familiarity with agentic or AI assisted workflows
• Experience designing adaptive trial designs or platform trials
• Direct engagement with Health Authorities on oncology programs
