About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the senior client relationship owner for all active engagements, acting as the primary escalation point and face of the delivery function.
  • Ensure clients derive measurable value from delivered solutions and drive adoption strategies to minimize churn.
  • Identify renewal and expansion opportunities within existing accounts in collaboration with Vertical Leads.
  • Own delivery outcomes, ensuring engagements meet commitments, manage scope, and oversee milestone and budget reviews.
  • Oversee multi-disciplinary teams, including AI Architects and Project Delivery Managers, providing coaching and performance management.
  • Partner with Product leadership to identify repeatable product opportunities emerging from delivery work.
  • Contribute to proposals and statements of work by providing delivery scoping expertise and realistic effort estimates.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in client success, delivery management, consulting, or a senior client-facing delivery role.
  • Proven ability to manage executive-level relationships in complex, politically sensitive enterprise or government environments.
  • Experience leading multi-disciplinary delivery teams, including coaching project or product managers.
  • Strong working knowledge of agile delivery methodologies, project governance, and scope management.
  • Comfort operating in AI or data domains and the ability to engage credibly with engineers and architects.
  • Experience using generative AI tools in day-to-day work.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for distilling complex context into executive summaries.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with AI or machine learning solution delivery and managing client expectations during model development.
  • Background in Project Management or Product Management.
  • Experience in a client-facing role at a technology consultancy, professional services firm, or SaaS company.
  • Experience identifying and developing product opportunities from delivery work and presenting business cases to leadership.
