About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of key client relationships as a senior strategic advisor, providing technical and client service excellence.
  • Craft innovative technical solutions that meet client business goals and align with their technology stack dependencies.
  • Manage, motivate, and empower a cross-functional team of Account Managers and Traders to drive consistent year-over-year account growth.
  • Partner with Client Services leadership to shape long-term business strategy and participate in product roadmap discussions.
  • Drive business growth through strategic cross-selling and upselling opportunities by understanding core client needs.
  • Collaborate with Business Development, Product, and Engineering teams to solve complex business challenges and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience within the digital and programmatic advertising industry in a client-focused role.
  • Proven track record in senior leadership, managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong technical background in advertising technology (DSP, SSP, MarTech, or similar).
  • Experience establishing and nurturing long-standing, consultative relationships with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate good judgment and resolve conflict in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working at an online publisher, agency, or major advertising technology firm.
  • Demonstrated ability to act as a "player-coach," balancing high-level strategy with hands-on team mentorship.
