About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide oversight to a portfolio of accounts and navigate relationships with senior leaders at holding companies and agencies
- Lead the development of portfolio-specific goals and track progress regularly
- Motivate and empower a team to drive consistent year-over-year account growth
- Manage team bandwidth and report progress against goals to management
- Identify and develop future leaders and grow talent within the team
- Leverage company capabilities to drive revenue growth and solve business needs
- Advocate internally with cross-functional stakeholders for client product needs
- Act as a trusted resource in key client meetings, including business reviews and product updates
- Maintain strong relationships with Sales and Trading leaders to drive performance
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant professional experience
- 4+ years of programmatic experience in account management or hands-on-keyboard functions
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth with large customer accounts
- 4+ years of strong management and leadership experience
- Experience developing and managing client relationships
- Strong influencing, negotiation, and time management skills
