About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide oversight to a portfolio of accounts and participate in key client meetings with senior agency leaders
- Lead the development of portfolio-specific goals and track progress regularly
- Motivate and empower a team to drive consistent year-over-year account growth
- Manage team bandwidth and report progress against goals to management
- Identify and develop future leaders within the business
- Leverage company capabilities to drive revenue growth and solve client business needs
- Advocate internally for clients' product needs with cross-functional stakeholders
- Build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with Sales and Trading leaders to drive organizational efficiency
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant professional experience
- 4+ years of programmatic experience in trading or hands-on-keyboard functions
- Experience developing and managing client relationships
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth with large customer accounts
- 4+ years of strong management and leadership experience
- Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
