About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide oversight to a portfolio of accounts and participate in key client meetings with senior agency leaders.
  • Lead the development of portfolio-specific goals aligned with company vision and track progress regularly.
  • Motivate and empower a team to drive consistent year-over-year account growth.
  • Manage team bandwidth and deliver high-level account support and reporting.
  • Identify and develop future business leaders by nurturing individual talent and career growth.
  • Leverage platform capabilities and differentiators to solve client business needs and drive revenue.
  • Advocate internally for client product needs with senior cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong relationships with Sales and Trading leaders to drive effective performance.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • 4+ years of programmatic experience in trading or hands-on-keyboard functions.
  • 4+ years of management and leadership experience using a collaborative team approach.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth with large customer accounts.
  • Extensive experience in developing and managing client relationships.
  • Strong influencing, negotiation, and time management skills.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
