Director, Client Service

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight to a portfolio of accounts, participating in key client meetings and navigating relationships with senior leaders at agencies and brands
• Lead the development of portfolio-specific goals and track progress against company vision and values
• Motivate and empower a team to drive consistent year-over-year account growth
• Manage team bandwidth to ensure high-level account support and effective reporting
• Identify and develop future business leaders by nurturing individual strengths and career growth
• Leverage platform capabilities and differentiators to solve business needs and drive revenue
• Advocate internally with cross-functional stakeholders for client product needs
• Maintain strong relationships with Sales and Trading leaders to drive effective performance across the organization

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant professional experience
• 4+ years of programmatic experience in trading or hands-on-keyboard functions
• 4+ years of management and leadership experience using a collaborative team approach
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth with large customer accounts
• Extensive experience in developing, nurturing, and managing client relationships
• Excellent influencing, negotiation, and communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
