Director, Client Service

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a multidisciplinary client services team, including Account Managers and Traders.
• Own senior leadership relationships across a portfolio of high-value channel partners.
• Drive partner success metrics such as revenue growth, API feature adoption, and ROI.
• Oversee campaign setup, optimization, and troubleshooting to ensure operational excellence.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to prioritize roadmap items and communicate partner needs.
• Establish best practices, playbooks, and QA processes for partner integrations.
• Hire, mentor, and develop managers and individual contributors.
• Create and present executive-level reporting and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 8+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, digital media, or ad tech.
• 4+ years of experience managing large, client-facing teams.
• Deep understanding of programmatic ecosystems and API integrations.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, or BI tools.
• Excellent executive presence and ability to influence senior partners.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with The Trade Desk platform.
• Proven track record of managing complex technical integrations.
