About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of political accounts, working alongside Account Management and Business Development teams.
  • Create 12-month growth strategies to help clients achieve their specific objectives.
  • Lead the development of RTB buying strategies, optimization algorithms, and data visualizations.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on The Trade Desk platform, mentoring clients and internal teams on best practices.
  • Combine data analysis and technical expertise to solve complex campaign challenges.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to define and prioritize platform features and enhancements.
  • Develop trading best practices, including training collateral and internal resources.
  • Execute onboarding plans to ensure customer success with the real-time buying platform.
  • Mentor junior members of the Client Services practice.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or greater.
  • 7+ years of online adtech operations or trading experience.
  • 4+ years of client-facing experience.
  • Direct experience working with clients in the political space.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar scripting languages.
  • Expertise in Excel, including pivot tables and complex data manipulation.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to set goals and hold teams accountable.
  • Experience with ad exchanges, aggregators, ad servers, and data onboarding platforms.
  • Proven track record of optimizing CPA and CPC direct marketing campaigns in an RTB environment.
  • Deep understanding of MMM, attribution, data flow, and identity issues.
