Director, Client Partnerships

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the global Client Partnerships strategy and multi-year growth plans
• Develop growth strategies for non-endemic brands across Programmatic, FAST/CTV, and emerging ad solutions
• Oversee a portfolio of strategic partnerships to ensure revenue growth and retention
• Lead and develop a global organization of client partners, including talent development and succession planning
• Own and deliver against global revenue targets and core business KPIs
• Drive forecasting accuracy, pipeline health, and performance accountability
• Partner with senior leaders across Operations, Product, and Marketing to align strategies

Requirements

• 18+ years of experience in advertising sales or partnerships within gaming, media, or entertainment
• Established relationships with senior decision-makers at global media holding companies in the US
• Proven track record of scaling advertising sales organizations, specifically in Programmatic, CTV/FAST, or data-driven solutions
• Demonstrated success managing large-scale revenue portfolios and complex strategic partnerships
• Deep understanding of platform ecosystems and global advertising monetization models
• Experience leading high-performing sales organizations through transformational growth
