About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders to align agency capabilities with business goals
- Lead the development, pricing, and negotiation of complex Statements of Work (SOWs) and retainers
- Own the financial health of the portfolio, including revenue forecasting and margin management
- Manage, mentor, and inspire a high-performing Client Partnership team
- Drive organic growth and spearhead new business pitches in partnership with leadership
- Oversee scope management to ensure compliance and mitigate scope creep
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive client services or account management experience in an agency environment
- 2–3 years of experience at a Director level
- Proven track record of managing and growing high-volume, multi-service brand portfolios
- Strong financial fluency in revenue forecasting, profitability tracking, and SOW negotiation
- Deep domain knowledge in digital transformation and organic social ecosystems
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills for C-suite stakeholders
