About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders to align agency capabilities with business goals
  • Lead the development, pricing, and negotiation of complex Statements of Work (SOWs) and retainers
  • Own the financial health of the portfolio, including revenue forecasting and margin management
  • Manage, mentor, and inspire a high-performing Client Partnership team
  • Drive organic growth and spearhead new business pitches in partnership with leadership
  • Oversee scope management to ensure compliance and mitigate scope creep

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive client services or account management experience in an agency environment
  • 2–3 years of experience at a Director level
  • Proven track record of managing and growing high-volume, multi-service brand portfolios
  • Strong financial fluency in revenue forecasting, profitability tracking, and SOW negotiation
  • Deep domain knowledge in digital transformation and organic social ecosystems
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills for C-suite stakeholders
