Director, Client Partner Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement account strategies within the Manufacturing and Automotive sectors to achieve client goals
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior client stakeholders across multiple accounts
• Drive revenue growth by expanding existing client engagements and opening new opportunities
• Create and manage strategic account plans aligned with client objectives and EPAM’s service portfolio
• Lead RFP responses, proposals, and deliver persuasive presentations to clients
• Define engagement scope, shape solutions, forecast financials, and establish effective operating models
• Collaborate with senior leadership, solution experts, and delivery teams to execute integrated client strategies

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Client Partner, Account Manager, or Delivery Partner within IT services
• Demonstrated success managing client engagements and delivering measurable results in dynamic environments
• Strong understanding of digital transformation and software engineering models
• Track record of growing global accounts specifically within the Manufacturing or Automotive sector
• Expertise in managing client expectations across both delivery and commercial topics
• Entrepreneurial mindset with P&L responsibility and the ability to drive add-on sales
• Ability to engage credibly with senior executives and influence decision-making
• Fluency in both German and English is mandatory
• Willingness to travel as needed
