About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic direction and management of customer account teams to drive satisfaction and service delivery within the EMEA region.
  • Develop and own the Multinational (GMN) customer strategy, deliverables, and overall customer experience.
  • Drive revenue growth through client retention plans, up-selling GBT products, and optimizing supplier revenue.
  • Manage P&L and ensure client teams deliver on financial and productivity KPIs.
  • Provide engaging and inspiring leadership to client management teams, including CGMs and DARs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Finance, Technology, and Traveler Care to ensure seamless service.
  • Identify portfolio risks and coordinate mitigating actions with respective departments.
  • Maintain and increase the client web of influence through effective communication and strategic guidance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in client management and people leadership.
  • Strong business and financial acumen with a track record of driving results and achieving targets.
  • Extensive experience in strategic account planning and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Strong negotiation skills, including the ability to handle objections and reach mutually beneficial solutions.
  • Exceptional executive-level presentation and influencing skills.
  • Fluent verbal and written business English.
  • Ability to manage change and lead teams within a global business environment.
