About the role
Responsibilities
- Build executive trust by establishing high-trust, strategic relationships with C-suite stakeholders (CIO, CTO, CDO) within assigned accounts.
- Drive account strategy and sales growth by identifying and developing a pipeline of opportunities aligned with client strategic objectives.
- Shape modern solutions by collaborating with technical and business teams to guide banking clients through complex technology transitions.
- Leverage ecosystem partners (AWS, Microsoft, Google, Salesforce) to drive joint business development and operational excellence.
- Ensure delivery excellence by guiding clients from initial ideation through the successful delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary engagements.
- Own overall customer satisfaction (CSAT) outcomes and transformational relationship scoring.
- Maintain a 40% individual utilization target and drive a personal revenue responsibility of $5 million+.
Requirements
- Senior consulting leadership experience in a go-to-market or leadership role within technology or management consulting.
- Deep expertise in the banking industry and the Canadian financial services landscape.
- Proven ability to navigate complex regulatory, risk, and compliance frameworks within the financial sector.
- Strong foundational core in technical program management to structure complex programs and identify delivery gaps.
- Fluency in modern technology trends, specifically the strategic application of AI, agentic workflows, and AI Control Plane architectures.
- Experience partnering with major ecosystem players such as AWS, Microsoft, Google, or Salesforce.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of managing pricing, profitability, contracts, and meeting revenue targets.
- Excellent negotiation, conflict management, and problem-solving skills with a high tolerance for ambiguity.
