Director - Client Growth Partner (IT Consulting/Retail & CPG)

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic account growth, targeting 15%+ YOY revenue increases within assigned portfolios.
• Position Nagarro as a strategic partner for AI transformation by engaging with CXO-level stakeholders.
• Develop and execute structured account plans to expand the breadth and depth of client engagements.
• Collaborate with internal engineering and capability teams to identify and sell expanded digital and cloud-native offerings.
• Manage commercial negotiations, including procurement and legal processes, to secure new business.
• Secure public testimonials and client references to validate the quality of service delivery.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of key account leadership experience, specifically managing accounts valued at $20M+.
• Proven track record of account expansion within a professional services or IT consulting environment.
• Ability to build credible, warm relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and other business heads.
• AI fluency within an industry context, with the ability to lead value-driven conversations regarding AI transformation.
• Strong commercial and deal-shaping acumen, including the ability to construct and defend business cases.
• High accountability and a collaborative mindset when working with technical delivery teams.
