Director Client Engagement

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with C-suite executives for a specific set of hospital and health system clients to ensure long-term partnership and satisfaction.
• Lead regular Enterprise Partnership Reviews (EPRs) to demonstrate product impact and align with client strategic priorities.
• Develop strategic account plans and client scorecards to document goals and guide relationship development.
• Act as a consultative partner to identify workforce challenges and align internal resources to address them.
• Drive revenue growth through contract renewals, pricing negotiations, and identifying upsell opportunities.
• Capture and advocate for the "customer voice" by sharing market insights and product feedback with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams.
• Partner with Client Engagement Managers to ensure proper user onboarding, training, and proactive adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of experience in Client Engagement or Project Management in a client-facing capacity, ideally managing enterprise accounts.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare serving hospitals, medical centers, or health systems.
• Ability to travel up to 25% to client sites, conferences, and team meetings.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with C-suite executives and stakeholders.
• Strong skills in strategic planning, data-driven decision-making, and complex problem-solving.
• Self-driven and proactive approach to working in a remote environment.

• Master's degree in a related field (e.g., MBA or MPH).
