Director, Client Advice and Management

Responsibilities

• Day to day driver and quality manager of the Client Advice and Management team
• Manage all communications in a timely manner
• Author client proposals, recommendations, and points of view
• Lead and conduct weekly client meetings
• Build relationships with client-side leads and partner agencies
• Coordinate creative needs and asset delivery with partner agency teams
• Ensure client financial stewardship, including budget management, reporting, and billing
• Articulate client objectives to Strategy, Communications Design, and Partnership leads
• Develop the client advice team through performance management and feedback

Requirements

• Experience in Marketing, Advertising, or Media
• Experience leading, managing, and developing staff
• Proven ability to maintain professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and vendors
• Strong project management experience from conception to completion
• Background in consulting, marketing, advertising, or integrated communication

Preferred Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience
• 4+ years of management experience
• Strong leadership, presentation, and commercial acumen skills
