About the role
Responsibilities
- Track intake, receipt of invoices, and coordination with other areas
- Oversee scanning of documents to ensure accuracy and availability for audit purposes
- Oversee staff in the timely processing, control, and accuracy of Voucher Payments
- Maintain standardized payment processes and procedures in compliance with City, State, and Federal regulations
- Develop and maintain a responsive customer service mechanism for internal and external inquiries
- Utilize child welfare reporting systems including BICS, SSPS, WMS, PASSport, and CCRS/CNNX
- Act as an IT liaison to develop specifications and business requirements for system upgrades
- Prepare spreadsheets and reports for management
- Perform liaison functions among ACS divisions, City agencies, and community organizations
Requirements
- Must be permanent (not provisional) in the Civil Service title of Administrative Staff Analyst
- Master's degree in economics, finance, accounting, business, or a related field plus 2 years of professional experience (including 18 months in a supervisory capacity)
- OR a Baccalaureate degree plus 4 years of professional experience (including 18 months in a supervisory capacity)
- Experience in budget administration, accounting, or fiscal management
