Director, Certifications Management, Global Investment

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage global certification goals with major media delivery platforms
• Track and monitor license counts across global markets against commercial agreements
• Act as a key point of contact for local market teams to gather license data
• Design and maintain automated dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio
• Analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations to leadership
• Prepare regular reports on certification progress and financial impact
• Collaborate with Global Practices and Learning & Development teams
• Implement process optimizations for global certification management

Requirements

• Mid-level experience in media operations, ad technology, or data analysis
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets
• Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio, or Advanced Excel
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a global team
• Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience driving results in agency or holding company structures
• Understanding of major media buying platforms
• Experience with commercial agreements or vendor management
• Project management certification
