BJAK is the largest insurance platform in Southeast Asia, serving millions and providing equal access to efficient financial services. As part of its global expansion, the company is building an AI-based insurance platform in Taiwan to empower users with high-value and efficient choices.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of the Taiwan market strategy, including regulatory setup and growth planning.
• Assist in obtaining necessary regulatory licenses and approvals for the Taiwan insurance market.
• Develop relationships with insurers, underwriting partners, and ecosystem players.
• Support negotiations for commercial partnerships and product distribution agreements.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to support platform development and go-to-market execution.
• Establish effective operating processes, reporting structures, and team culture to drive performance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in insurance, fintech, digital platforms, or high-growth technology companies.
• Proven experience managing commercial performance, revenue growth, and partnerships.
• Strong leadership capability with experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Highly analytical and execution-focused with the ability to operate in high-intensity environments.
• Understanding of the Taiwan insurance market and regulatory environment is a plus.
