Director, Central Strategy Execution

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day execution of corporate strategy by aligning cross-functional teams to high-impact objectives
• Translate enterprise strategy into actionable plans with clear ownership, timelines, and success metrics
• Hold individuals and teams accountable for strategic contributions by tracking milestones and deliverables
• Proactively solve complex problems using structured thinking, curiosity, and urgency
• Utilize data, dashboards, and AI tools to surface insights, measure progress, and facilitate quick course corrections
• Monitor and report on key metrics, risks, and opportunities to challenge the status quo
• Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and a consumer-centric mindset

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (MBA or relevant Master's degree preferred)
• 5 to 10 years of experience in strategic development, execution, and transformational change
• Background in management consulting or corporate strategy
• Proven experience leading complex, high-profile strategic projects and managing cross-functional teams
• Data-driven mindset with expertise in leveraging data to inform decisions
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to operate with pace and experiment with AI tools to drive efficiency
