Director, Casual Dining

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term strategic business plans and specific initiatives for the Casual Dining channel.
• Manage and optimize trade investment budgets, evaluating ROI to inform future spending.
• Build and maintain influential relationships with key decision-makers at national casual dining chains.
• Negotiate high-level contracts to drive execution, programming, and volume growth.
• Lead, coach, and develop a geographically disparate team of National Account Managers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HQ Marketing and Trade Marketing to create custom account programs.
• Analyze complex data to distill actionable insights and drive distribution and volume growth.

Requirements

• 10+ years of On Premise sales experience, preferably within the casual dining sector.
• 5+ years of experience in people management.
• Proven experience in high-level negotiation and contract management.
• Ability to travel 40-50%.
• Fluency in English (additional language skills are an advantage).
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent professional work experience.
