Director, Card Production

Responsibilities

• Build the end-to-end card production pipeline from concept through print-ready files
• Establish systems for card data, templating, versioning, and asset management
• Partner with engineering and product teams to define internal tool requirements
• Develop internal infrastructure for card creation, rules integration, and asset tracking
• Own print-ready file creation, establishing standards for prepress and color management
• Ensure all card files meet technical specifications for high-quality printing at scale

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in print production, physical product development, or trading card/manufacturing environments
• Experience building or managing production pipelines at scale
• Experience working with technical teams to build production tools or systems
• Ability to operate across creative, technical, and operational domains
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong understanding of prepress, printing processes, and manufacturing workflows
• Experience with trading cards, tabletop games, or collectible products
• Familiarity with card and paper production systems and workflows
• Experience working with global printing and manufacturing partners
