Director, Capital Markets Strategy & Execution

Responsibilities

• Lead high-priority Capital Markets strategic projects from definition to implementation
• Coordinate execution across Risk, Finance, Legal, Tech, and Operations
• Translate leadership goals into structured workplans and actionable roadmaps
• Support rating agency initiatives including diligence readiness and credit narrative formulation
• Manage relationships with investment banks, institutional investors, and rating agencies
• Drive initiatives to improve secondary market liquidity across ABS shelves
• Implement workflows to automate reporting, cash flow analysis, and executive dashboards
• Partner with technology teams to scale AI-enabled Capital Markets workflows

Requirements

• 7+ years in capital markets, structured finance, securitization, or investment banking
• Mastery of structured finance and debt funding (ABS, warehouse facilities, private credit)
• Deep experience with consumer finance/fintech lending and consumer ABS asset classes
• Proficiency with Intex, cash flow models, and collateral performance analysis
• Strong financial modeling capabilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a quantitative field
