Director, Capital Markets & Investment Services

Responsibilities

• Win and develop investment sales opportunities to maximize client returns
• Formulate and implement strategies for major investment properties in Shanghai and East China
• Identify new business opportunities by maintaining relationships with clients, developers, and government authorities
• Conduct market research and analyze trends for benchmarking
• Support subordinates in providing investment feasibility analysis and reporting

Requirements

• At least 12 years of experience in sales, marketing, or property-related investment
• Proven track record in presentation and negotiation
• In-depth understanding of the Shanghai business environment
• Strong business acumen
• Ability to coordinate senior professionals and manage expectations
• University degree or above in Real Estate Management, Economics, Statistics, Urban Planning, or Valuation preferred
• Fluency in Chinese and English (written and spoken)
