About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive regional business transformation initiatives, specifically focusing on SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
  • Establish and maintain project governance, standards, and best practices across multiple countries in the APAC region.
  • Partner with business stakeholders in Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and Sales to align system capabilities with business needs.
  • Support the end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, risk management, and delivery tracking.
  • Facilitate key governance forums, including Steering Committees and project review meetings.
  • Collaborate with IT, external vendors, and implementation partners to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Drive change management alignment to ensure user readiness through communication, training, and adoption strategies.
  • Monitor project performance via KPIs and milestones, providing regular reporting to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business transformation or project management.
  • Proven exposure to SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end business processes such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Commercial.
  • Experience working in regional or multi-country project environments, preferably within APAC.
  • Proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with project and reporting tools such as Jira, MS Project, or Power BI.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence technical and business teams.
  • Willingness to travel across the APAC region as required.
