Director Business Systems Analysis Quote-to-Cash

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design, delivery, and operation of the Quote-to-Cash platform to enable scalable and efficient revenue processes.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Business Analysts and platform professionals.
• Own the Quote-to-Cash roadmap and delivery lifecycle from discovery through production release.
• Serve as the primary owner of the Salesforce-based Quote-to-Cash ecosystem, including pricing, quoting, and order management.
• Oversee Conga solutions to ensure pricing logic and product catalogs align with Finance and Product policies.
• Manage contract lifecycle management (CLM) capabilities in partnership with Legal and Sales Operations.
• Define integration strategies across ERP, commissions, fulfillment, and billing systems.
• Identify and implement AI-enabled solutions to drive strategic transformation and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Quote-to-Cash (Q2C), Revenue Operations, or Business Systems leadership.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of Salesforce as a core platform for Q2C processes.
• Proven expertise with Conga solutions, including CPQ and document generation.
• Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management (CLM) and enterprise integrations.
• Demonstrated experience implementing advanced AI solutions and managing AI-related risks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Platform App Builder.
