Director, Business Operations & Strategy

Responsibilities

• Build the long-term operational roadmap and strategically tackle organizational challenges through process optimization.
• Drive end-to-end operational excellence by measuring, monitoring, and executing to reduce operational and financial risk.
• Lead large-scale, cross-functional work groups to optimize program processes and improve internal visibility.
• Develop and maintain executive reporting materials to inform senior leadership on strategic initiatives and projects.
• Partner with the People team on organizational structure and change management to enable high performance.
• Identify risks and improvement opportunities to develop and implement new programs.
• Maintain awareness of external trends and industry benchmarking to drive iterative business solutions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in operations, business strategy, or project management.
• 4+ years of experience working in a high-growth environment.
• Proven experience leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to evaluate and synthesize complex information into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clarity and confidence to key stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in management consulting.
• 4+ years of experience managing a team.
