Director, Business Operations - STPG

Responsibilities

• Partner with the SVP of STPG and leadership team to drive critical initiatives, business transformation, and operating cadence.
• Identify and deploy AI- and automation-based solutions to transform core business processes and improve decision velocity.
• Lead and optimize core business operations to improve execution speed and organizational efficiency.
• Drive executive communications, including reviews, staff meetings, quarterly offsites, and organization-wide updates.
• Manage expense planning in alignment with product roadmaps and partner with Finance on forecasting and performance analysis.
• Drive headcount planning and execution with HR and Finance to align resources with business strategy.
• Establish and operationalize metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to enable data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into execution through leadership and innovation.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
